Free tracked shipping on every order

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

When your order ships

Orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partner within 4 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

When it arrives

Most orders arrive 10–18 business days after you order. The product page shows an estimated delivery date for the moment you order. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are covered by us, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

If there's a delay

If we can't ship your order within the time we've stated, we'll email you with a new expected date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or stolen parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, email contact@getshedsociety.com and we'll send a new one at no cost.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address until the order ships.
