Free tracked shipping on every US order. Orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partner within 4 business days, and most arrive 10–18 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Import duties are covered, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our 45-day Clean-Home Guarantee: if the Fur Paddle doesn't lift the hair from your fabrics, email contact@getshedsociety.com within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Used is fine, and you keep it: there's nothing to send back. Refunds go out within 3 business days of your claim being approved.
Lost, stolen or damaged
If your parcel is lost, stolen from your porch, or arrives damaged or with the wrong item, email us and we'll send a new one.
