Using the Fine Dice
What can it chop?
Garlic, chili, onion, shallots and soft herbs go in the bowl. Carrots, cucumber and potato go through the slicing disc. Keep bones, frozen food, ice, coffee beans and hard cheese rinds out of it.
Will it handle hard vegetables?
Carrots, potatoes and beets are fine. Cut anything bigger than a golf ball into chunks first, and pulse rather than holding the button down.
How long does a charge last?
It charges over USB with the cable in the box. Charge it fully before the first use, and top it up when the light tells you to.
How do I clean it?
The bowl, slicing disc, peeler and brush all come off and rinse under the tap. Wipe the motor handle with a damp cloth; it never goes in water or the dishwasher.
How fine does it chop?
You control it. Short bursts leave a coarse chop for salsa; holding the button down takes garlic and herbs to a fine mince.
What's in the box?
The motor handle, the chopping bowl with blades, the slicing disc, the peeler head, the scrub brush, a USB cable and a cleaning brush.

How fast does it ship, and where from?
Shipping is free and tracked on every US order. Orders ship from our overseas fulfilment partner: allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched, and 10–18 business days from order to delivery. The product page shows a live delivery estimate for the moment you order.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we ship to US addresses only.
Where's my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. If a parcel is lost or stolen from your porch, email us and we'll send a new one.
Guarantee and gifts
What's your guarantee?
If the Fine Dice doesn't lift the hair from your fabrics, email us within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Used is fine, and you keep it: there's nothing to send back. Lost or porch-stolen parcel? We'll send a new one.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and it ships straight to them.
