What can it chop?
Garlic, chili, onion, shallots and soft herbs in the bowl. Carrots, cucumber and potato through the slicing disc. Keep bones, frozen food, ice and coffee beans out of it.
How do I clean it?
The bowl, disc, peeler and brush all come off and rinse under the tap. The motor handle wipes down with a damp cloth and never goes in water.
How does it charge?
By USB, with the cable in the box. There is no cord while you cook, so you can use it anywhere on the counter.
How fine does it chop?
You control it. Short bursts leave a coarse chop for salsa or a mirepoix; holding the button down takes garlic and herbs to a fine mince.
