How to use your Fine Dice
Load, press, done. Here's how to use it, job by job.
Three moves. No board.
Swipe
Load the bowl with garlic, chili, onion or herbs and click the lid on.

Press the button. Short bursts for a coarse chop, hold it down for a fine mince.
Done
Lift the bowl out and tip it into the pan. The parts rinse under the tap.

One tool, a few pointers for each spot.
Garlic, chili and herbs
Peel the cloves, drop them in, and pulse. Scrape the sides down with the spatula and pulse again for an even mince.

Slicing vegetables
Fit the slicing disc, cut the vegetable to fit the chute, and feed it through steadily.

Clip on the peeler head and run it down the vegetable in long strokes.

Hold the potato under running water and let the brush head do the work.

Every part except the motor handle rinses under the tap. Let them dry before they go back in the drawer.

Before you start

Test a hidden spot first
Try a few swipes somewhere out of sight, especially on delicate or loose weaves.

Silk, wool and knits, leather, jute or cotton-thread rugs, and bare hardwood or tile floors.

Made for food
The Fine Dice is made for food prep. Keep bones, frozen food, ice and coffee beans out of the bowl, and let hot food cool first.
