Shipping
Free tracked shipping on every US order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 4–5 business days. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves.
We ship within the United States only.
If your parcel is late, lost or stolen
If tracking has not moved for seven days, or the parcel is marked delivered and it is not there, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We send a replacement — we do not ask you to claim from the carrier.
Damaged or the wrong item
Send us your order number and a photo. We replace it and you keep the original.
Returns and refunds
Our 45-day guarantee: if the Fine Dice has not earned its place on your counter, contact us within 45 days of delivery and we refund you in full. Used is fine and you keep the chopper. Full detail on the guarantee page, and the legal terms in our refund policy.
Cancelling an order
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund before it ships. After that it is usually already with the warehouse — let it arrive and use the 45-day guarantee.
