Drop garlic, chili, onion or herbs into the bowl, press the button, and you get a fine even chop in seconds. Pulse it for something coarser.
Swap to the slicing disc and feed carrots, cucumber or potatoes straight through into the bowl. The peeler head takes the skin off, and the brush head scrubs root vegetables clean.

Everything about your Fine Dice
As fine as you like. Short pulses give you a coarse chop for salsa or a mirepoix, and holding the button down takes it to a fine, even mince. You can see it through the bowl, so you stop when it looks right.
Garlic, onion, shallot, chili, ginger and soft herbs go in the chopping bowl. Firmer vegetables like carrot, cucumber and potato go through the slicing disc.
Over USB. Charge it once and leave it in a drawer. There's no cord on the counter and nothing to plug in mid-recipe.
Every part that touches food lifts out, so it's a rinse rather than a job. The motor unit wipes down with a damp cloth. Don't put that part under the tap.
