Try it on a week of dinners. For 45 days.
Cook with the Fine Dice every night for six weeks. If it has not earned its place on your counter, contact us within 45 days of delivery and we refund you in full.
What the 45-day guarantee covers
- 45 days from delivery. The clock starts the day the parcel arrives, not the day you ordered.
- Used is fine. We would rather you used it. A chopper still in its box tells you nothing.
- Keep the chopper. There is nothing to post back and no return shipping to pay.
- Or send it back if you would rather. You do not have to, but if you want to return it, tell us and we will cover the postage.
- The full amount back. US shipping is free, so the refund is everything you paid — including the second one, if you bought two.
If your parcel never turns up
Lost in transit, taken off the porch, or delivered damaged: send us the order number, and a photo if it is damage. We send a replacement. That is separate from the guarantee and it is not capped at 45 days.
How to claim
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and one line about what did not work. No form and no phone tree. We start the refund within 3 business days, and it reaches your account within a further 5 to 10 depending on your bank.
What is not covered
Orders more than 45 days past delivery, and anything not bought on getfinedice.com.
The legal version
The binding terms are in our refund policy. If the two ever disagree, the refund policy wins — tell us and we will fix this page.
