The 45-day guarantee

We offer a 45-day guarantee on the Fine Dice 4-in-1 cordless electric food chopper. If you are not happy with it, contact us within 45 days of delivery with your order number and we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

The chopper does not need to be returned and it does not need to be unused. If you would rather send it back, tell us and we will cover the postage.

How to make a claim

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a line on what did not work for you.

2. We reply and confirm your refund. You keep the chopper.

3. Once your claim is approved we start the refund within three business days. It reaches your account within a further five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, taken from your porch, or arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo where relevant and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. This is separate from the 45-day guarantee and is not capped at 45 days.

Shipping costs

US shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund. The refund is everything you paid.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund before the order ships. After that it is usually already with the warehouse, so let it arrive and use the 45-day guarantee.

What is not covered

Orders more than 45 days past delivery, and anything not bought on www.getfinedice.com.

This policy applies to orders placed on www.getfinedice.com. We ship within the United States only.
